'THREATENING LETTER SHANNON KEITH SENT TO BURBANK OFFICIALS

Ms. Peck was cited many times because of the FACT she could not properly care for so many animals...citations included unsanitary conditions, having no records, not having enough space, mice and rats in the animals food, etc. (see our citation section)...Ms. Peck even plead Guilty to many of the charges and the remaining ones, she plea bargained. Ms. Peck felt that she was being harassed by Burbank officials (sound familiar) and had her then animal right's attorney, SHANNON KEITH, send a threatening letter to Burbank officials telling them to stop harassing her 'rescue' client and instead, work with Ms. Peck. Just a few years later, Kimi Peck would be legally forced to close this Burbank 'sanctuary'
