Susan Marlowe used a FRAUDULENT credit card belonging to ELIZABETH NEUFFER?

Sure looks that way. This is the letter that Susan Marlowe presented to Riverside County officials with a credit card issued to 'Elizabeth Neuffer' to pay for Cynthia Gudger's aka 'Barbara Ryan's' seized animals in 2006. Susan Marlowe had to have known when she used 'Elizabeth Neuffer's' credit card that Elizabeth Neuffer never gave Ms. Marlowe permission because Elizabeth Neuffer was deceased. Susan Marlowe had to have known that the card was fraud and Cynthia Gudger had illegally taken over Ms. Neuffer's identity, credit and even allegedly collected her social security. ***Notice that 'Neuffer' is misspelled in the letter...We would bet that this 'letter' was written by animal abuser and at the time the letter was written -fugitive- Cynthia Gudger - and that Susan Marlowe knew this. Not to leave out that Susan Marlowe immediately began harboring Cynthia Gudger!
