Did Cynthia Gudger successfully stole the identity of Delores Ann Rich? Was she able to open up credit cards using Ms. Rich's personal information? Ms. Gudger had po boxes set up all over Southern California to accomodate her stolen identities. Cynthia Gudger actually used this particular driver's license copy and changed the name to Mary Barrera and lived in Riverside as Mary Barrera and Barbara Ryan until she was busted and accused of animal abuse back in 2006, according to paperwork we obtained. She took off from Riverside, with the help of Susan Marlowe, before they could officially arrest her.
