Statements from Riverside Animal Control officers in court documentation claims the conditions the animals were living in and the conditions of the animals (they didn't have fleas on their bodies they had roaches) were one of the worst conditions they had ever seen. This, however, did not stop Susan Marlowe from helping this convicted animal abuser to continue to abuse animals. According to court documentation and a lawsuit filed by Ms. Marlowe against Riverside, Ms. Marlowe obtained many of these abused animals. Just a few years later, many of these animals were living in a warehouse on Ms. Marlowe's Tehachapi property with the woman who was accused of abusing them and who was a now fugitive from Riverside. Ms. Marlowe's fraudulent activities continued when she actually started a non-profit animal rescue organization for Cynthia Gudger. We will have information on who to write to in an effort to have Ms. Marlowe investigated....
